Can you do a scouting or technical visit to the event site?
Yes, we offer the free scouting service. During this visit, we verify the specific requirements and provide advice to adapt our services to your needs. We recommend scouting for events with more than 100 people, although this option is completely flexible according to your preferences.
How can I request a quote and how long in advance?
Contributions and advice are free and you can request them at any time of the year. To get a quote, simply write to us through WhatsApp.
It is important to note that the reservation of items is made by order of request. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit and the signing of the contract are required.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental amount, and is a guarantee required?
No hay un monto mínimo o máximo de alquiler. La garantía depende del valor del pedido y puede oscilar entre USD 30 en adelante. Se requiere presentar un documento de identidad o una papeleta de votación para completar el proceso de garantía. Do they offer transportation and rental service throughout Ecuador?
Sí, disponemos de una flota de camiones y camionetas para cubrir transporte en Quito y en todo el país. El costo del servicio varía según la distancia. También ofrecemos opciones de transporte para cargas pequeñas a través de plataformas de entrega móviles vigentes. Do they offer assembly and disassembly services?
Yes, we offer assembly and disassembly service included for tents, platforms and dance floors at events located in buildings up to the second floor. For other levels or items, assembly and disassembly services are available for an additional surcharge.
What is the procedure to return rented items after my event?
one. We will coordinate the withdrawal date with you if you have contracted the transport service.
2. Be sure to return all items in the same condition they were delivered: stacked chairs, clean dishes and glassware, and table linen on the delivered covers (no tablecloth washing required).
3. Our staff will check that everything is in perfect condition. If so, the order guarantee will be returned.
What happens if I break or lose an article?
Do not worry! In case of damage or loss, we will contact you to collect the replacement cost of the warranty item or you can also purchase the item and return it to our office.
Do you have an order cancellation policy?
If your event is suspended, you can receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee, if you cancel at least 15 days in advance. For cancellations made up to 2 days before the event, a credit note will be issued to reschedule the date. After that period, the advance received will be withheld without the possibility of reimbursement.
